Cranston schools face monumental challenges in the coming years due to budget cuts and lack of state resources.  I will bring my 15 years of experience in the education field to the Cranston School Committee to develop creative solutions and provide the leadership needed for our schools.

My number one priority on the Cranston School Committee will be to pay down the debt the school system owes the city so that we can restore programs such as the elementary school music program and middle school sports.  These programs provide a wealth of experiences for our students and they deserve to have access to them.

 As a member of the Cranston School Committee, I will:

• Work to ensure all students are prepared for college and/or work
• Make sound fiscal decisions to support our children and school system
• Increase opportunities for afterschool programs
• Attend all School Committee Meetings
